Who Are We?
The club was founded in 1991 by John Scott and Robert Ramage who were students of Kempo Ju-jitsu, run by European Kempo Champion sensei Colin Elder 6th dan in Falkirk.
Since parting company with Colin Elder we advanced up a few avenues and finally joining the WORLD & BRITISH FEDERATION OF MARTIAL ARTS. It was when we were on a martial arts course run by W.B.F.O.M.A. in Looe, Cornwall we met up with Shihan Mark Kemp 8th Dan Kempo Kung-fu co - founder and Chief instructor of SHIN GA DO, a few months later we joined the Shin Ga Do. The club has been on many courses and weapons classes across the U.K.
Our club meets up in Maddiston every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm till 8:30pm. We attend courses in Manchester on a regular basis to train with a variety of clubs and qualified Instructors ranging from 10th dan to black belt, In the field of gung-fu, ju-jitsu, karate, aikido & various weapons. The policy within the association is to be open minded and have no politics. In our club our policy isn’t how quick you can become a Black Belt but how good you can become one. Central Kempo Ju-Jitsu School has trained in Maddiston Community Hall for the past 10 years .
Training days are Tuesday and Thursdays, so come along and train in a friendly environment. ROBERT RAMAGE 6TH DAN KEMPO JU-JITSU.
